"I had an accident in Sacramento call Call State Farm and Stephanie answered she was professional. She had empathy for me. I was in shock. She explained everything nice and slowly before I know it the tow truck was there. My rental car had been set up. Everything went so smooth and even when I went to purchase a car. I called State Farm one more time, and they took care of everything. There was so compassionate and so caring about me had I been hurt? Am I OK so now I live up in Jackson and State Farm is just down the road all them girls in the office are so wonderful thank you. State Farm"

"I’ve used State Farm for many years. My first agent in Sacramento served us well for over 10 years. The only reason I needed a new agent was bc he retired. By his recommendation, we enjoyed another almost 20 years with a State Farm agent. When my husband died, I opted to change agents to my hometown’s county of Amador. Anne Lintz and Kate were there when I needed them most to help me manage my husbands life insurance that I needed quickly. That was 8 years ago and since then Kate has been my go to person for everything from roadside service to my own life insurance. She has expertly advised me on car insurance too, and is ever so patient with me when I call to ask questions. With State Farm and Anne’s team, insurance is not something I have to worry about.
